Benefits

The environment in which you progress during your treatment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Being away from home is an advantage because the distance makes it possible to fully invest in the programme and to obtain more favourable results.

The meeting with the dietician will give you the necessary advice to change the way you eat. Healthy eating is an essential way of relieving hearing problems.

Thermal water is naturally loaded with zinc and lithium, these minerals are known to be active in the treatment of tinnitus.

The goal of the 6-day treatment is to relieve tinnitus and learn to live with it and improve your daily life. This programme helps to reduce your tinnitus and restore comfort and quality of life.

Treatments Provided

You are surrounded by a team of specialists, including ENT doctors, audiologists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, a psychologist, sophrologist, dietician and APA-qualified coach.

This “collective” treatment takes place over 6 days. The group consists of a maximum of 10 people. At the beginning of the treatment, you will have an individual assessment with a hearing care professional and an ENT specialist. Each morning you will receive thermal ENT treatments.

Added to this is a complete programme including sophrology, relaxation, access to Les Bains du Mont Blanc, appointments with a psychologist and a dietician.

During the week, a group meal is organised with others. An afternoon will be dedicated to the discovery of sports activities. At the end of the week, the group reviews its experience. Before your departure, we give you a booklet “toolbox”, a summary of your treatment to provide you with advice applicable to everyday life.
