Who may access your Personal Data?

 

We may communicate your Personal Data within the TSGMB, on a limited basis.

Your Personal Data is likely to be accessed by:

  • Those people for whom your Personal Data is necessary to their duties within the TSGMB. Access rights have been defined internally for this purpose. Your Personal Data is sent to the Human Resources Department as well as to the department concerned by the job vacancy.

 

We may only disclose your Personal Data for commercial prospection purposes if we have your consent to do so.

  • We do not disclose your Personal Data to third parties, for commercial prospection purposes.

 

Your Personal Data may also be processed on our behalf by our trusted service providers.

  • We may share your Personal Data with third party service providers who require access to certain information in order to perform their required tasks. This may include co-contractors based outside your country. In this case, the TSGMB imposes strict obligations concerning the processing, privacy and security of the data to which these service providers have access. Hence, we provide the Data necessary to their task/ service and forbid them to use your Personal Data for other purposes.
  • In this context, your Personal Data may be entrusted to:
    • third parties who assist us in providing digital tools and IT services(e.g. a central platform for job vacancies within the TSGMB in France, etc.),
    • third parties who provide us with solutions and tools to interview candidates using new technologies (e-interviews, video presentations, Chatbot),
    • third parties who assist us in providing IT services, such as platform providers, hosting services, maintenance and technical support services for our databases, software and applications that may contain your Personal Data (such services may sometimes require access to your Personal Data in order to perform the required tasks);
    • third parties who help us to ensure the safety and supervision of our premises.

 

We may share your Personal Data with third parties in specific cases:

  • If we proceed, or plan to proceed, with the cessation of a business activity and/or asset (by whatever means, including by the cessation of the company that operates or possesses this business and/or these assets), we may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective buyer of the said business/assets as part of an audit, including their advisors.
  • If the TSGMB, or any part of its assets, is acquired by a third party, Personal Data held by the TSGMB concerning candidates and related to these assets, will be one of the transferred assets. Where appropriate, in the latter case, your Personal Data will be processed by the purchaser who will act as the new data controller and whose Data Protection Policy will then govern the processing of your Personal Data.
  • If we are under duty to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to comply with a legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our collaborative agreement with you, or any other conditions you agreed to; or to protect the rights, property or safety of the TSGMB, its customers or employees;
