General sales terms and conditions

For pre-reservation : (without any time restrictions)

Pre-reservation is an option involving no payment. Therefore an availability of treatments is not guaranteed.

Fill in the form, one of our sales assistants will contact you to discuss the availability and the exact price of the chosen treatments. Your reservation will be effectuated only after an official confirmation from your part.
The payment of the treatments will be made on your arrival.

To modify or cancell your pre-reservation : contact the reception desk at + 33(0) 4 50 47 54 57.



For reservation with on-line payment

On-line purchase is an immediate reservation and your demand will be treated with priority.

Reservation deadline : minimum 3 days before the first day of your treatments within the limits of the available places.
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation as well as the planning of treatments by phone or by email. Please, provide us with the later in the information form.



For gift certificates

Attention! Please, count minimum 5 days between your on-line order and the receival of the gift-certificate by post (more if the country of your residence is not France). The payment is made through the secure on-line system.
The gift certificate will be sent at the adress of the person effectuating the order.
If you wish to offer several gifts, please, make an individual order for each person who benefits from the gift certificate.
The validity of a gift certificate  : 1 year from the date of the order.
Gift certificates can not be changed either reimbursed.


All our prices include ATI and are valid till 31 December 2007. However they can be modified at any moment without any advance notice.

We provide you with bathrobes and towels. You are advised to have a bathing suit and plastic flip-flops.
Treatments are accessible to grown-ups.
For women expecting a baby and for those who have some particular health problems it is advised to call our reception desk at + 33 (0)4 50 47 54 57 in order to choose the treatments which are best suitable.
