For our thermal spa these are two services of the utmost importance that we deliver to all of our clients.
Thanks to this we are the First French spa centre to obtain the ISO 9001 certificate in the 2000 edition.

A regular control of the water quality is effectuated by our internal thermal laboratory.

Moreover, we regularly check, and if need be, modify the installations which means that the Saint-Gervais thermal baths are at the leading edge of spa treatment techniques and of security matters. Your stay here is devoted to improving your health and well-being.

Before each treatment, medical cure or balneothermal therapy, all the equipment is cleaned and desinfected by our caring personnel in order to avoid any possible bacterias and to delete any stain of dirt.

At the thermal baths, we make sure every detail is covered, from providing effective treatment and perfect higiene to offering one of the warmest welcomes to ensure your total satisfaction.

A strict quality control

The Thermes de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains possesses an integrated control laboratory that means there are regular controls and the standards are maintained, whether it be in the water’s composition or the cleanliness of the premises.
The laboratory regularly undertakes the following actions:

A water control from the very source.
Water control in all the services (spa and medical cure).
Clean-up in the places of distribution and all the services networks.
Bacteriological control of the floor and all ther surfaces.
